We are a dynamic residential focused interior design studio with projects both London based and international. From our Kensington showroom we have built a diverse range of clients and projects across Interior Design and Renovations on which our new lead designer would take the lead role. This is a great opportunity for a confident and organised individual wishing to further their career in interiors within a well established company.

The Senior Interior Designer will take the lead on all large projects so we are looking for someone who is comfortable leading a team, but also comfortable with delegating smaller projects to the rest of the team.

As a company built largely on its reputation and word of mouth over the last 35 years, applicants should be confident in their forward facing skills; dealing with clients day in day out; and comfortable working with the small, passionate team at Kensington Design.

Individuality and outside the box thinking are encouraged to deliver the best results for our clients and to create an atmosphere where the applicant is comfortable taking initiative and pride in their work.

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years Interior Design experience to fulfil the criteria of a Senior Lead Designer. Ideal candidates will also have some project management experience in their careers, but we are considering all relevant applications.

Holidays, excluding Bank Holidays:

Minimum 20 days holiday allowance for full time.

(The showroom is closed during Christmas time – and New Year and any working days that are shut during this time will NOT be taken out of the holidays allowance and is an added bonus)
